Week #2

We ran at Jenkins Estate with runners trying to catch other groups on Tuesday. Wednesday night we ran up hills to improve our form and conditioning. Before the run, we had a whistle sprint competition with Crystal and Garrick winning t-shirts! Thursday we ran in the neighborhood by Nature Park. Jordan ran an average of 7:07 pace and on Blanton he ran 5:54 pace. Jason/Kevin averaged 7:20 pace and ran 5:35 on Blanton. Andrea's group averaged 7:52 pace and lowered their time to 7:46, then 7:36 and 7:29 pace. Good ladder workout for their group.

Great Wolf Lodge!

My family went to the Great Wolf Lodge in Washington over Father's Day weekend. We will be staying there as a team in September. Here are some pictures!

Check out the stairs you will climb to go down the slides!

The slides weave out side of the building and then . . .

Splash!

Hamboogie, Hamboogie, No Coke, Pepsi

Oy gevalt! Here's a scary crew. First there is Trey holding court and Kaila reading Carrie's Mad Magazine! Then how many seniors does it take to hit a croquet ball through the hoop?

What's this? Jordan is about the jump the cue ball right off the table? These might be future runners?
Should these two be anywhere together? Definitely not! Nothing but trouble!
