A quick question-- What is the difference between this workout and the previous day's workout? And is there a reason for the high frequency?

Also, I wanna say that this workout double is surprisingly fun. I hope we do this again sometime.

There isn't any difference between Wednesday and Thursday's run. Essentially, I had you do a nine minute tempo run on each day.
Because we do not run high mileage, it is important that we include tempo in every run we do to make up for the low mileage. Quality vs. quantity.
