3/27 Hyland Forest
We ran consecutive miles in the forest with the goal of lowering each mile time. The workout helps with the sensation during the race that you have to push harder on each lap.

I did the sprinter workout this morning. Wow, what a joke. a 400, a 200 and then a few 150's. I wasn't tired so I went on another run. you guys should be proud to be distance runners.
Matt same here wasnt tired and went on another run to infact I ran to Aloha and then back to my house.The sprint workout was a joke.
What I mean is that I ran from my house to the sprint workout did the sprint workout and ran home.
