What is the perfect workout?? You'd be hard pressed to top Ins & Outs. Maybe 12 x 400 w/ 30 second rest. Kmart and I used to do that one all the time! We got to do Ins & Outs in front of an audience today and showed those folks what real athletes can do. Here are your times:
