The world's best sport is over and Cross Country is almost upon us. I am excited to start running in the warm weather and getting ready for Watermelon! The Howlin' Tornado! Pre-Nationals! and all those dual meets. anyway, thus I present to you, our brain trust plotting our next XC season.
