Hey everyone!. Do you get the point of the photo? Subtle huh? Anyway, how about those races today? Excitement all over the place. I am having a hard time coming up with another example of a meet where both of our teams were doing real racing for the entire 5K and the matter was in question the whole time. Guys, we can beat these fellas. Pack running and breaking up their pack is what we will do. Girls, what more can any of us say? Awesome and we'll just be getting stronger. What a beautiful day, lots of great races, and people getting after it today. We all know how warm it was and I think we learned one lesson, we got to stay hydrated! Nepotism at Beaverton City Hall?

Hey wait a minute! That’s Crystal! I have been running around for a couple of weeks and guess who all of a sudden has an office by mine! It took me a while to recognize her because she doesn't show up for work in her running clothes. Anyway, I had nothing to do with her being hired here and if I had known she was available, I would have hired her in a New York minute. That is really fast for those of you that are geographically challenged. Trent seems to think he has an inside track on the position next summer but with Crystal as competition, I’m not so sure.

Who Wants Some Watermelon!!

Hoooo-boy, I am excited about this evening's race. I am especially excited to see if K-Mart can hang with Andrea! He's been doing some secret training and Andrea has been looking good. If I were a betting man (and, surprise, I am), my hard earned nickel is on Andrea. One piece of advice Andrea. If he is anywhere near you with 800 to go, you had better start the kick big time.

It looks to be a perfect evening for racing. Be sure to eat something today and get some fluids in you as well. For you rookies, this race is a perfect way to see how your racing legs are. For you veterans, it's time to try and implement our race strategy.

Do you have your predicted time figured out yet? Don't just guess a time when your're lining up at the start line!
